The methods in the lessons are the ones I use in the demo clips. I don't talk about seventeen different methods.
Nothing in the lessons is self working. If you are not willing to put in the practice, then don't buy them.
You will also get audio metronome files which will help you to practice these moves and develop a natural rhythm to your dealing.
